Stephen P. Connor

Steve Connor has practiced law in the State of Washington for more than thirty years.  Throughout his career, Steve has been involved in the litigation of various types of business disputes, including construction, intellectual property, commercial contract, real estate disputes, and employment disputes. Steve consults with employees on contract negotiation, severance negotiation, and non-compete agreements. Steve has successfully represented employees in federal and state courts, and has reached confidential settlements of age, sex, race, harassment, and disability discrimination cases for amounts in excess of several million dollars.

Steve also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of litigated disputes. Steve has extensive mediation training and experience, and brings to bear his energy and practical knowledge of the particular risks and costs to both parties of failing to achieve a settlement of contested matters.

Steve is a frequent seminar speaker on employment-related topics, is rated an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, and has repeatedly been selected as a Super Lawyer in the area of employment law by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
