The Court of Appeals, Division I, recently affirmed the more than $3 million jury verdict in Khalid et. al. v. Citrix Systems, Inc.,  No. 15-2-24309-8 SEA, in which a Defendant’s assertion of ownership of Plaintiff’s patents interfered with his business opportunities.
